Why the topicals work differently now
Every ARB Topical variant is a prescription-strength compound made in our own US-based pharmacy. A prescription needs two things a one-time cart purchase can't provide: a licensed physician reviewing that the treatment is appropriate for you, and a defined ongoing quantity. That is why topicals run on a subscription with a physician attached, and it is also what unlocks 15% micronized minoxidil and the finasteride and dutasteride options that an over-the-counter bottle legally could not carry.
The subscription is flexible by design:
