Why delivery is half the battle
It's tempting to think a topical is only as good as its active ingredients. But the actives are only half of the equation. The other half is getting them where they need to go: the hair follicle, which sits below the surface of the scalp. If the ingredients aren't in a solution that's soluble, stable, and able to penetrate, they simply sit on the surface of the skin and never reach the follicle.
