Quick answer

Sign in to your Adegen account to update your email or phone number directly. Adegen accounts use passwordless sign-in, so you sign in with your email and a one-time code, and there's no password to set or reset. If you can't get into your account because you've lost access to the email on file, message support with as much verification as you can provide (last order number, last 4 digits of the card on file, full name on the account) and we'll help you regain access.

How Signing In Works

Adegen uses passwordless sign-in. Instead of a password, you enter the email on your account and we send you a one-time code to sign in. There's nothing to memorize and no password reset to deal with. If a code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you're using the email tied to your account.

Update Your Email

  1. Sign in at your Adegen account and open "Account."
  2. Update the email address on file and save.
  3. Make sure the new address can receive mail, since order, shipping, and physician messages go there. Your sign-in code also goes to this address.

Update Your Phone Number

  1. Sign in and open "Account."
  2. Update your phone number and save.

If You Can't Access Your Account at All

If you've lost access to the email tied to your sign-in and can't receive your one-time code, message [email protected]. To verify it's really you, include as many of these as you can:

  • Full name on the account
  • Last order number
  • Last 4 digits of the payment card on file
  • The old email or phone number previously on the account

We'll verify your identity and help you regain access.

When to Escalate

If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, or you see changes you didn't make, this is treated as a possible account-compromise issue and goes straight to a member of our team. Message support right away.
