Stop Marketing Emails
- Open any marketing email from Adegen.
- Scroll to the bottom and click "unsubscribe."
- Confirm if prompted.
This takes effect within 24 hours.
Stop Marketing Texts
Reply STOP to any Adegen text message. You'll get a confirmation, and marketing texts stop within 24 hours. To start receiving them again later, reply START to the same number.
Marketing vs. Transactional Messages
Opting out of marketing does not stop the messages that keep your treatment running, including:
- Order and payment confirmations
- Shipping and tracking notifications
- Renewal and upcoming-charge notices
- Messages from your Adegen provider
These are tied to your active account and subscription, not to marketing preferences. If you want these to stop, you'd cancel the subscription or close the account.

- Email: subscribe again through any Adegen signup, or message support and we'll re-enable it.
- SMS: reply START to an Adegen number.
Fully Deleting Your Account
