Quick answer

Sign in at your patient portal and send a message through it. Your Adegen physician handles anything clinical: side effects, questions about your protocol, strength or formula changes, and new medications you've started. For orders, shipping, billing, or account questions, message support instead. Your provider responds through the portal, so keep an eye on your email for notifications.

What Your Provider Handles

Message your provider through your patient portal for:

  • Side effects or anything your body is doing that you have questions about
  • Whether your protocol still fits (strength changes, adding or removing an active)
  • New prescriptions, supplements, or health changes since your intake
  • Anything you'd normally ask a doctor

What Support Handles

Message support at [email protected] for:

  • Order status, shipping, and delivery issues
  • Billing, subscription, and account changes
  • Product usage basics and general questions

If you message the wrong place, no problem. We'll route it, but going direct is faster.

How to Send a Message

  1. Sign in at your patient portal.
  2. Open the messages section.
  3. Write your question with as much specific detail as you can (what you're taking, what you're noticing, when it started).
  4. You'll get an email notification when your provider replies.

One Important Exception

If you're experiencing any sign of a severe allergic reaction (hives, facial swelling, difficulty breathing), stop use immediately and seek emergency medical care. Don't wait on a portal reply for an emergency.
