What Your Situation Means for Treatment
Three situations shape the recommendation, and the assessment asks about yours up front.

- You're not pregnant, but you could become pregnant. ARB™ Shampoo+ and the brush are always available. Our topicals without a DHT blocker (A5, A15) are typically available, and Oral Minoxidil 2.5mg may be, depending on physician review. We generally don't prescribe DHT blockers like finasteride or dutasteride, in any form, because of birth-defect risk if a pregnancy happens.
- You can't become pregnant. The full range is open to physician review: ARB™ Shampoo+ and the brush, our topicals, Oral Minoxidil 2.5mg, and DHT blockers considered case by case.
Tadalafil is not part of any protocol we prescribe for women.
