Quick answer

Sign in at your Adegen account, open your payment settings, and add or update your card there. The change applies to your future subscription charges automatically. If a recent payment failed, updating your card is the fix: the charge retries automatically once a valid card is on file. For your security, never send card numbers by email or chat, and our team will never ask you to.

Step by Step

  1. Go to your Adegen account and sign in with your email (we'll send you a one-time code).
  2. Open your account's payment settings.
  3. Add your new card or update the existing one.
  4. That's it. Future charges use the new card automatically.

If a Payment Already Failed

Updating your card in-account is exactly the right move. The failed charge retries automatically, and your shipment picks back up where it left off. If the failure keeps repeating even after you've updated the card, message support with your account email and we'll investigate.

A Note on Security

Please never email or message us your card number. We can't process cards manually, and keeping card entry inside your secure account is what protects you. If anyone claiming to be Adegen asks for your card details directly, don't share them, and report it to support.
