Where We Ship Today

Adegen ships within the United States. We don't currently ship to Canada, the UK, or other international destinations.

A Few U.S. States With Prescription Restrictions

Because our topicals and oral medications are prescription products, some states restrict prescription shipments. Right now:

• We can't ship prescription products (the ARB Topical or oral medications) to Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Delaware, or South Carolina. We can still ship our non-prescription products there: ARB Shampoo+, the Microderm Scalp Roller, and the Exfoliation Brush.
• We can't ship any topical (the ARB Topical) to Massachusetts. Oral medications, ARB Shampoo+, and the tools are fine to ship to Massachusetts.

Why We're U.S.-Only Right Now

Adegen's topicals and oral medications are prescription products compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Shipping prescription, physician-reviewed treatments across borders involves a different regulatory framework in every country, and we want to do it properly rather than quickly. That's why we've kept fulfillment within the U.S. for now.

A Note on U.S. Reshipping Services

Some customers ask about using a U.S.-based reshipping or forwarding service. We can't support prescription fulfillment to a reshipper, because prescription products are tied to a verified patient and address, and anything sent onward through a forwarder is at your own risk. The non-prescription shampoo and accessories are less restricted, but we still can't guarantee delivery once a package leaves our carrier's network for a forwarder.
