Checkout says it can't deliver to my address: what's going on?Updated 3 hours ago
Quick answer
If you are in the US and checkout says a product can't be delivered to your address, or that your address is incorrect, your address is almost certainly fine. Prescription products can only ship to states where our pharmacy is licensed, and we are not live in every state yet. Non-prescription products (ARB Shampoo+, Scalp Exfoliation Brush, Microderm Scalp Roller) ship to all US states. We are actively expanding state coverage and will email you when your state opens.
Why this happens
Adegen's topicals and oral treatments are prescriptions made in our own US-based pharmacy. Pharmacy licensing is state by state, and when an order can't legally ship to your state, checkout blocks it. The error message reads like an address problem, but it is a licensing restriction, not a typo in your street name.
What to check
- Are you buying a prescription product (any ARB Topical or oral medication)? The restriction only applies to prescriptions.
- Are you in a state where prescriptions aren't available yet? If so, that is the cause.
- If you are buying a non-prescription product, or you believe your state should be available, contact support with a screenshot and we will investigate right away.
What you can do now
- Non-prescription products ship everywhere in the US: ARB Shampoo+, the Scalp Exfoliation Brush, and the Microderm Scalp Roller.
- Message support and we will flag your account so you get an email the moment prescription orders open in your state.
If you are outside the US
Adegen currently operates only within the US. Prescriptions are regulated country by country, and we are not able to ship internationally right now. See our guide on whether we ship internationally.
Next steps
- See our guide on whether we ship internationally if you are outside the US.
- Message support if your state should be available and checkout still blocks you, and we will get it sorted.
