I received the wrong product(s). What do I do?Updated 7 months ago
If you receive your package and it is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and provide us with the following:
- Order Number (this can be found in the confirmation email we sent you when ordering)
- Picture of the item(s) you received together with the delivery note (Please make sure that the details are clear and visible)
- A detailed list of what is wrong on the order
We will do our best to assist you further. One of our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible within 1-2 business days to make things right on your order.
