First, you want to gently roll over the thinning and hair loss area 10-15 times. You can do so by going back-and-forth or in a criss-cross pattern.
This should not be painful or cause any bleeding. If you experience bleeding, that means you are pressing too hard.
The roller is making microscopic channels in your scalp which does not require much pressure. After rolling, then immediately apply the ARB Topical Solution over the entire area so there is a thin layer covering the hair loss area.
