At Adegen, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and missing packages.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any unopened and unused products.
Please note:
International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will also be deducted.
We do not provide prepaid return labels — customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns or exchanges may be limited in cases of misuse or bulk purchasing behavior.
To start a return, email [email protected] with your name, order number, and product details. We’ll provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued (excluding applicable fees). Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Important: We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results, as consistent use for 90–100 days is necessary for optimal outcomes.
Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please follow these steps:
Wait 72 hours. We've found that packages often show up within 3 days due to early scan errors or delivery delays.
Check with neighbors or your local carrier in case it was misdelivered.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after 72 hours, you must contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders reported missing after this 14-day window.
