At Adegen, we're deeply committed to ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of quality and satisfaction that our customers have come to expect from us.
Customers have 30 days from date of shipment to return any eligible item that has NOT been used or opened.
All returns will be evaluated and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
For customer convenience, Adegen may provide a return label, in which case shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
Upon return, Adegen will evaluate the product, accessories, and original packaging and all items must be in like-new condition.
Missing accessories, user damage to the product or packaging will be assessed for actual replacement value and will be factored into any refund calculation.
We do not accept returns due to the customer being unsatisfied with the product.
We strongly recommend and advise that treatments need 90-100 days of consistent use to see results.
Returns are NOT accepted for any international order.
