Quick answer
Most discount codes have eligibility rules: new customers only, single use, an expiration date, or a minimum order. If your code isn't applying, check the original email or text for its terms. Codes need to be entered at checkout, not added after an order is placed, and we don't stack multiple codes on one order. If the code should be valid and still won't apply, message support with the code and your order details and we'll look into it.
Common Reasons a Code Won't Apply
- It expired: most codes have an end date
- It's already been used: many are single-use per customer
- It's new-customer-only and you have an existing account or subscription
- The order doesn't meet the minimum required for the code
- It doesn't apply to the items in your cart (some codes exclude prescription products)
- The code was entered after checkout instead of during it
How to Apply a Code Correctly
- Add your items to the cart and go to checkout.
- Enter the code in the discount or promo field at checkout.
- Apply it before completing payment; codes can't be added to an order after it's placed.
A Note on Stacking
Only one discount code can be applied per order. We don't currently stack multiple codes, and promotional pricing can't be combined with other offers.
Subscription Pricing Is Already Discounted
The 90-Day Plan is already priced below the Flexible Monthly rate, so a separate code may not apply on top of subscription pricing. If you're comparing prices, the 90-Day Plan is usually the better value on its own. See our guide on how the Adegen subscription works.
If Your Code Just Expired
If you have a code that recently expired or isn't applying and you believe it should, message support with the code, where you got it, and your order details. We review these case by case and can sometimes apply a one-time courtesy, especially for first-time customers.
When to Escalate
Larger discount questions are reviewed by a member of our team: multiple codes, a code for a prescription product, or a dispute beyond a standard courtesy.
