Quick answer
For future shipments, update your address anytime in your Adegen account under "Account" or your subscription settings. Changes made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment apply to that shipment. For an order that's already placed but not yet shipped, message support with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible. Once an order ships, the address is locked, but the carrier may allow a redirect and we'll help you start that.
Updating Your Address for Future Shipments
- Log in to your Adegen account.
- Go to your account or subscription settings.
- Update your shipping address and save.
Address changes saved at least 48 hours before your next scheduled processing date apply to that shipment. Changes saved inside the 48-hour window may not be applied in time and will apply to the following shipment instead.
For an Order That's Placed but Hasn't Shipped
Message support with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible. If the order hasn't moved into compounding yet, we can usually update it. Prescription orders move quickly, so the sooner you reach us the better.
For an Order That Has Already Shipped
Once a package is with the carrier, the address on the label is locked. Your options:
- The carrier may allow a redirect or hold-for-pickup. Message support and we'll help you start that.
- If a redirect isn't possible, the package may be delivered to the old address or returned to sender.
If Your Order Was Returned to Sender
If a shipment comes back to us because of an address issue, message support. We'll confirm the correct address and arrange a reshipment. For prescription orders, a returned-to-sender reship is verified against your prescription before it goes back out, so allow extra time.
A Note on Timing
Once an order is in compounding, the window to change the address is very short. If you've just realized the address on file is wrong and you have an order processing, message support immediately rather than waiting.
